Want to check the status of your order?  Want to say “thanks” for shipping it out so quickly?!

Please email our shipping guru, Rory, at this e-mail address:  rory at drewbrophy dot com.  (We’ve spelled it out because of those horrible robots that send spam to e-mails online.).   Please have your name and the date you placed your order - we track by order date & customer name.

PLEASE NOTE:  We ship in the U.S. via Priority Mail, which takes anywhere from 2 - 4 business days.  We ship 2 times a week (we’re a small company - what can I say?), so sometimes your order will get there real quick, and sometimes it will take a week.  Either way, we are still much quicker than Amazon.com!

OUT OF THE U.S.?  We ship via U.S. Mail.  Takes up to 2-1/2 weeks (unless you’re in Canada, which only takes about 5 days).  So please, be patient and don’t e-mail us unless it’s been more than 3 weeks.  Thanks!
