  You can shop at DREWBROPHY.COM online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks (see an online payments diagram). The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Use our secure on-line shopping cart. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please go to the item page and click the “Buy it Now” or “Add to Cart” button and fill in all required information on the checkout order form. Your credit card information is collected on a SSL secured server hosted by BigCommerce. Order by Mail or email: Use our on-line order form by going through the shopping cart, but stopping short of paying. Print it, write out a check for the amount due (or give your credit card number & expiration date), and send it to:

We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. If using a credit card, please fill in the number and expiration date and sign the order form.

Shipping Procedures & Policy:
Shipments are sent 2x weekly, with the exception of original art and giclee prints, which takes about 2 weeks to ship.  Most every item at DREW BROPHY.COM is available for immediate shipment from our inventory.

However, sometimes back orders occur. When an item is back ordered add a few days to your shipment. If payment is made by personal check then shipment will be delayed until the check clears the bank. Generally personal checks take 10 days to clear before shipment is made.

Shipping – U.S. Orders:
Regular Delivery – 5 to 9 Days; We ship your order UPS or Priority Mail.

Shipping of Original Art:
Will be quoted on an individual basis and is determined by destination and weight.

Shipping – International Orders:
International orders take about 3 weeks delivery time.  Please be patient!

Return Policy:
Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged, simply return it to DREW BROPHY.COM within 5 business days for a replacement or refund. Unless it’s our mistake, return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD.

DREW BROPHY.COM is not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in shipping. Important: You must contact DREW BROPHY.COM for a return authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise will be refused. This number must appear on the outside of the returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice with your returned merchandise. All items returned for exchange or refund must be new and unused and must include the original packaging, manual and all accessories.

Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event items are missing or damaged. Special orders, Original Art, close-outs and products sold ” as is ” cannot be returned. Items received by DREW BROPHY SURF ART STUDIO which have been damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, neglect, (i.e. stained or burned t-shirts, broken Tiki Mugs, etc. ) will be returned to the customer.

DREW BROPHY.COM reserves the right to refuse the merchandise, re-ship the merchandise to the customer, or charge a 25% restocking fee under the following conditions:

  1. the merchandise was received by DREW BROPHY.COM after the 5-day trial period. The 5-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier till the time that DREW BROPHY.COM receives the merchandise back at its facilities.
  2. The return authorization number was not visible on the outside of the box.
  3. The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, used, worn, torn, broken or scratched.
  4. The original invoice was not included.
  5. The merchandise was ordered by credit card and order was canceled after credit card was processed.
  6. The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by or for the customer.

Privacy Policy:
DREWBROPHY.COM maintains the privacy and security of its customers and their personal information. We do not and will not sell, release or give away any of its customer’s information including customer name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card information and/or purchases made.

DrewBrophy.com only uses personal information from its customers to complete the transaction and to verify the validity of the purchase and associated credit card charge being made. Drew Brophy.com may, periodically, use customer’s information for its own internal marketing purposes to notify customers of special sales or promotions.
